Each month, we facilitate a time in which all youth leaders are invited to enjoy good food and get to know other youth leaders in the area.
Regularly, we provide training seminars for youth leaders, to which we invite guest speakers and encourage group discussion. Future dates to be announced.
Do you need advice, encouragement, prayer, or someone to pour over God's word with you? That's what we're here for.

“In returning and rest you shall be saved;
in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.” (Is. 30:15b)
Periodically, we facilitate the time and place that youth leaders take a half-day to experience solitude in community. We have hosted retreats serving youth leaders from various denominations, and also retreats specifically designed for women in ministry. Future dates to be announced.
By God's grace, the Youth Leader Collective has become a place where youth leaders can come and share their story and struggles without fear. We strive to be a safe place for honesty and wise counsel.
One Hundred Years is a family of ministries helping the church fulfill the imperative of one generation commending the Greatness of God to each emerging generation.
The Youth Leader Collective is a One Hundred Years ministry that invests in and leverages the impact of those in the church who already have a passion and calling to reach the next generation—youth leaders.

“[The Youth Leader Collective] has provided a much needed safe space for those of us pressing on to take the gospel to teenagers in our city. Ministry can feel like an island at times and being able to show up for a few hours once a month with like-minded people to talk about God, our lives and our work can be the difference between burning out and finding the strength to endure.”
